Refund policy

No Hassle Returns 

We are happy to offer a no-questions-asked 7-day return policy. After receiving the item, you have 7 days to contact us to initiate a return of the item, for any reason, for a full refund of the purchase price, less the combined total shipping costs. For insurance reasons, we require our return label to be used for the return. In the event of a defective or damaged product, we are happy to cover all shipping costs incurred.

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@parkwaymusic.com, or reach out to us via the live chat. If you are able to make it to our store in Clifton Park, please feel free to stop in as well. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty, Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

On used and vintage instruments and gear we offer a 30-day guarantee. If the item you purchased proves to be faulty during that time, we will be happy to do whatever we can to make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for certain card issuers to process and post the credit.

Description

Introducing the new NEO line of bass cabinets from Gallien-Krueger. Building off of the previous iteration, the new NEO series features an upgraded look, construction, and features. The new form factor is shared with the Fusion and Legacy combos, making it the ideal extension cabinet for these combos, as well as, standalone cabinets for GK’s Legacy and Fusion heads.

CABINET CONSTRUCTION

The new NEO series features a light-weight plywood construction with ample bracing that creates an extremely sturdy box. The inside of the cabinet is covered with damping material to absorb high frequencies from the rear of the speaker, preventing them from coming out of the port and interfering with the high frequencies from the front of the speaker. This results in a smooth and pleasing high end response. A metal grill and ultra-tough cabinet coating finished with metal corners, ensure a long-lasting enclosure that will withstand heavy use and maintain its good looks over time.

SPEAKERS

The new NEO IV series incorporates custom Neodymium woofers designed and manufactured by GK. Die cast frames are used exclusively, delivering greater durability and power handling than the cheaper and more common stamped frame designs. The voice coils utilize edge wound aluminum ribbon wire, which compared to the more common round wire, makes a speaker that is far more efficient with greater power handling. The NEO IV also features a real crossover and a system to protect the horn from excessive power bursts.

COMPLETE PACKAGE

This is the most advanced cabinet that Gallien-Krueger has ever released, building off of previous models and ensuring that every detail was looked at. GK custom designed their speakers and cabinets from the ground up to work together along with their heads to deliver the best possible performance for bass guitar.

Brand New Gear

We offer FREE domestic shipping on most of our brand new instruments and gear within the Continental US. Please note that in the event of a return on items with free shipping, the original shipping cost, in addition to the return shipping cost, will be deducted from your refund. In the event of a defective or damaged product, we are happy to cover all shipping costs incurred.

Used & Vintage Gear

We offer flat rate shipping options for all of our used & vintage gear. Our goal here is to simply cover the cost of getting the item to you and we appreciate your understanding.

Although you have the option for local pickup on all of our products, there are some items that we must mark as 'Local Pickup' only. These items include products that are just too large, or certain vintage gear that we deem to be too fragile.
